1. Acceptance
These terms govern use of matrix-beaconcore.click and participation in classes supplied by Matrix Beaconcore. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, or accepting a written class confirmation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or reserve instruction.
2. Educational scope
Our classes explain technical analysis concepts including volume, momentum, price structure, divergence, and chart-review practice. Content is general education only. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice; it does not recommend a security, market, transaction, position size, or timing decision.
Markets involve risk and past chart behaviour does not assure a future outcome. You remain solely responsible for independent research and decisions. We may decline to discuss an open position or personal financial circumstances.
3. Registration and conduct
A submitted form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A place is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any stated payment requirement is met. Participants must provide accurate contact information, arrive without disrupting the group, and treat instructors and classmates respectfully.
Recording audio or video, photographing another participant’s material, promoting financial products, soliciting accounts, or sharing personal brokerage credentials is prohibited. We may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or materially disruptive; refund eligibility then follows the refund policy.
4. Website and class materials
The website, printed folios, diagrams, exercises, and instructor annotations are owned by Matrix Beaconcore or used with permission. We grant confirmed participants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use supplied class materials for private study. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, teach from, or distribute substantial portions without written permission.
Participant-owned chart annotations remain theirs. By voluntarily submitting an anonymised chart for discussion, a participant grants us permission to display it within that class only. We will seek separate express permission for any later use.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep descriptions, dates, and fees accurate, but an enquiry page does not guarantee a seat. We may make reasonable changes to examples, instructor, room, or sequence while preserving the stated educational purpose. Material date or venue changes are communicated to confirmed participants.
6. Third-party resources
Links or references to chart providers, exchanges, or publications are offered for context. We do not control third-party availability, terms, prices, or accuracy and do not endorse a provider merely by mentioning it.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, the website and educational materials are supplied without a guarantee of trading performance, uninterrupted access, or error-free content. Matrix Beaconcore is not liable for trading loss, lost opportunity, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational examples.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. For a direct claim arising from a paid class, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for that class, where such limitation is lawful.
8. Privacy, cancellation, and refunds
Our privacy notice explains how enquiry and registration data is handled. Cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, and refund rights are described in the refund policy, which forms part of the booking terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a concern by contacting us. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok, Thailand have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
